 Liz is an expert at recovery from low self-esteem, abuse, trauma, anxiety and depression as well as marriage rejuvenation and resuscitation. She believes in the power of Christ to heal and resurrect our lives, our hopes, our happiness, and our relationships. She helps people eliminate the blockages and hinderances that keep people from accessing His power in their lives to heal or to live better when healing isn't God's plan...yet.

"When I have gone to -even a religiously based- counsellor the standard of truth and definition of good has been based on a secular view.  In my coaching, the standard of truth is the word of God found in scripture and through your own study and prayer.

We heal as we align with the truth. Jesus is the truth, the way and the life. When we "plug" into Him and allow Him to flow through us He heals the broken, dissolves the blockages, correctly connects the principle and the practice (the truth and the outcome), and wipes away the bad, the ugly and harmful.  He heals us like new.  I cannot promise that my sessions will bring the healing you seek, because I am not the healer.  I CAN promise that I will show up with all the tools I possess from a lifetime of study, application, training, prayer, and dedication to your well-being.  I know that if God does not heal you through a direct and powerful personal experience He will lead you to those truths and tools and heal you through others who allow themselves to be used by Him.

The biggest obstacles to healing are pride and insecurity.  Some might think those are opposites, they are companions.  Pride is often a counterfeit shield over insecurity.  People seek to bolster themselves instead of humbling themselves.  Remember, though, that the prodigal who came confessing his sins and unworthiness found blessings, mercy, and restoration.

I have worked both with individuals and couples and love the opportunity to help men and women connect better in marriage and parents to connect better with children in order to bring about the Lord's will and design for them.  My goal is to help each person take accountability for their own roles in problematic patterns, seek -with the Lord's help- to heal and change.

When you're living through hell on earth, walking with God keeps you from burning in the fires, sinking in the waves, being swallowed by the Lions, going hungry with very little resources, being unable to properly celebrate, or being overcome by the evil that seeks to pull you down.  He is there to help, and I'd love to be part of it."
